Our Hotel

Siaya Summit Hotel and Conference Center is a modern high class facility providing first class conference and hospitality services. It is located in a quiet setting in the outskirts of Siaya town and is only one (1) hour’s drive from Kisumu international airport.

The summit is an ideal facility for relaxing accommodation, modern conference facility, spacious and picturesque wedding venue, a fabulous bar and restaurant, and a secure and spacious parking.

Our facilities include 33 tastefully furnished accommodation rooms ranging from standard, double, superior, family and VIP rooms. Our facilities are of high quality and we believe cleanliness is key to the achievement of the goal of any activity carried out at the Summit.

The other upcoming facilities include a state of the art Gymnasium, Swimming Pool, and other recreational facilities targeting sports lovers and corporate retreat events.

Our Facilities

We offer relaxing single, double, superior, family and VIP accommodation for both corporate and individual guests at very competitive rates. Our rooms have large Television sets with local and international channels, spacious beds, hot water showers, wardrobes, study tables, chairs and complimentary Wi-Fi.

The accommodation rates (bed and breakfast) range from Ksh 2,500 to Ksh 5,000. Half board rates range from Ksh 3,250 to Ksh 6,500 while full board rates range from Ksh 4,000 to Ksh 8,000.

The restaurant offers sumptuous delicacies of African cuisine at pocket friendly prices.

We also offer soft drinks and alcoholic beverages in our fabulous bar. The restaurant extends to the verandah that offers a very cool breeze in the hot afternoons.

The Summit’s well manicured gardens offer a spacious and picturesque wedding venue for those discerning clients that want the best for their special occasions. The wedding parties that do not want the headache of difficult logistical arrangements can also use our large conference rooms for wedding prayers and move to the garden for their reception.

We also offer outside catering services provided by very experienced personnel.

We have one large conference room that can accommodate up to 150 guests. In addition, we have two medium sized conference rooms for seminars of up to 60 participants and a modern Boardroom that caters for private and closed door meetings of up to 30 people. Much larger groups can be hosted in tents in our expansive gardens.
The conference rooms and the Boardroom have projectors and complimentary writing materials, mineral water, white board and marker pens.

Our spacious lounge is purposely made for the comfort of our esteemed guests and is equipped with Wi-Fi and TV set to allow guest catch up with news or watch their favorite sports.
